A pity your order didn't quite meet your expectations, but no problem! You have a convenient 30 days from receipt to try on the item and decide. We offer free returns within Germany.
We make returns easier
We've eliminated the need for paper return forms. Using our returns portal, you can process your return quickly and reliably online using your order number and the associated email address. You can choose between a direct, free exchange or a credit note to your original payment method. If you've lost your order number, no problem. Contact us, and we'll help you.
Returns from abroad
Returns from German-speaking countries are processed the same way as those from Germany, except that a return shipping fee of €15 is automatically charged. For Austria and Switzerland, you will receive the enclosed return slip after completion via our returns portal.
For returns from all other countries, register the return in the portal and then send the package back to us using a shipping service of your choice. You are welcome to provide us with the return number (support@barboza.store) so we can process your return more quickly. Our return address for self-returns from non-German-speaking countries:

Did you receive a defective item? This is upsetting and shouldn't happen. Please select "Defective" as the reason in the returns portal so we can check it and help you.

Benefit from our fast & free exchange service
If an item does not fit, the color is not to your liking or there is a defect upon receipt, we will be happy to exchange it automatically and free of charge. Simply select "Exchange" in the returns portal and save yourself the shipping costs and the entire ordering process.
Our return policy
Items can only be returned to us in their original condition with the original hangtags correctly attached within 30 days of receipt. Returns from Germany are free of charge; returns from abroad are subject to a charge. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. After inspecting the return, we will arrange for an exchange or refund using your chosen payment method. Processing and refunding may take up to 30 days. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us will not be refunded.
If a promotional or gift voucher is redeemed, the value of the voucher will be automatically and proportionally adjusted through the (partial) return and the refund will be made using the original payment method.
What you cannot return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, with properly attached hangtags, and are returned to us in their original packaging. Of course, it's okay to try on an item just like you would in a store, but please do not wear any items you wish to return. If the original packaging is missing, please contact us in advance.
Items with signs of wear or missing hangtags cannot be returned and will be returned for a processing fee of €15 or stored away free of charge. This also applies to inadvertent returns of third-party items. Gift vouchers or store credit with personalized voucher codes, as well as hygiene products, are also excluded from returns and refunds.
