Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions for contracts for the delivery of goods.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

 

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal: Returns converted into shop credit.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You can also find the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website. http://www.barboza.store Please fill out and submit the form electronically. If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, within Germany to BARBOZA GmbH - Omnipack, Ernst-Thälmann-Str. 300, 15562 Rüdersdorf, Germany; outside Germany to BARBOZA GmbH/FC4 ZAK, Rauschwalderstr. 41, 02826 Goerlitz, Germany The goods must be returned or handed over in their original condition. The deadline is also met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
